Kickoff two-day Teach-In with this evening all-star faculty panel, including:

Prof. Jeremi Suri, Dept. of History, teaches "Comparative Imperialisms"

Prof. Alfred McCoy, Dept. of History, author of "A Question of Torture: CIA Interrogation."

Join the Teach-In with panels from 8am-12 noon, and 2pm to 5pm.  Panels will include UW faculty presentations and community workshops on labor and other perspectives on events in Afghanistan and Pakistan.

Remember the U.S. occupation in Iraq that began at this time in 2003 and continues to this day.  Make Jobs, Not War!  Bring all the troops home from Iraq and Afghanistan!  Gather at 12:00 Noon at corner of State and Lake Streets downtown.  Bring your peace signs!
