 Celebrate the 3rd Anniversary of the Downing Street Memo! Parade starts 10am Saturday morning July 23. Meet one block East of the square on King Street for the parade around the square at peak farmers market time. Costumes and signs appropriate to the DSM and impeachment themes for lying about an illegal war, defrauding congress and the public and never even meeting the legal terms of their own war resolution. Rally starts 11:30am at James Madison Park with speakers on the mound and crowd in the shade of the trees. Corner of N. Hamilton and Gorham St., due North of the Capitol on Lake Mendota. Rally ends at 12:30pm.
