The UW College of Engineering's Fall Career Connection 2007 event (from 11am - 5 pm in the Engineering Centers Building Atrium on Sept. 18th through Sept. 20th, will host a number of war profiteering corporations and will include Bechtel, Boeing, CNA Corp., ExxonMobil, GE, Haliburton, Northrup Grumman, Shell Oil and United Technologies. Students will protest the involvement of Haliburton in recruiting on campus and educate on their broader role in the wars in the Middle East. |
